I added a Radio 3 link to the posting on Cormac Rigby's funeral. But it's worth highlighting the delicious memory of a presentation mishap, recounted by Patricia Hughes. She was the quintessential Third Programme announcer, and hers is one of the voices I treasure from that era, along with that of Peter Barker. This short recording is a treat.
